Booking Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit amount. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Payment: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateway. The total amount displayed is inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Guest Policy: Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.

Amendments: Any changes to the booking dates are subject to availability and may result in a change in the room rate.
